Friday Jan.7th-Laying Down Anxiety And Picking Up God's Peace

Father, You did not give us a spirit of fear [worry, anxiety, panic. etc.] but of power [I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me Phil 4:13], love [I have loved you with an everlasting love Jer. 31:3] and a sound mind [He whose mind is stayed on Thee, Thou will keep in perfect and constant peace because He trusts in You Is. 26:3]. Just as the proverbs 31 woman was, we can be strengthened with dignity and not have fear of the future. We can stand firm in Your truth and righteousness. You are the One who supplies all of our needs abundantly according to Your riches in Christ Jesus. Father help us to rejoice in You always and be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving we make our requests known to You with thanksgiving and Your peace God, which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus [Phil4:6-7]. In Jesus name, Amen.
