For who can eat or enjoy anything apart from Him? God gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy to those who please Him. (NLT)
Solomon had spent his life pursuing every pleasure and gift that the world had to offer. After all, He was a rich king! But Solomon made this one true discovery…that true pleasure comes only from God. That life without God is no life at all. The meaning and joy in our lives can only be found when we spend it with and worshiping God. When we do that we make Him the top priority in our thoughts and actions.
